Pilates on the Mat

Already after the first session, the stabilizing muscles of the abdomen, back, and pelvic floor are noticeable. Training in small groups increases motivation and leads to quickly noticeable successes. Through regular training, you improve your posture and movement quality, relieve tension, and unwind.

Pilates on the Reformer
The Reformer is the centerpiece of Pilates training and allows for over 500 different exercises. Thanks to built-in steel springs, I can adjust all the resistances of the bed-like device to your needs. This way, individuals with less strength and mobility train especially gently on the joints. Advanced practitioners benefit from an even greater training effect than on the mat. Those recovering from an injury will gently get back in shape on the Reformer.

BeBo® Pelvic Floor Training
Training the pelvic floor is important for both women and men. Many struggle with pelvic floor weakness and its related problems such as back pain, incontinence, prolapse issues, erectile dysfunction, constipation, etc. The focus of BeBo® training is not only on providing solid theoretical knowledge but especially on the targeted understanding, strengthening, and relaxing of the pelvic floor.
