This workshop combines strength, body control, elegance, and flexibility using a fabric suspended from the ceiling, similar to a hammock. It’s ideal for anyone who enjoys expressive movements, wants to try aerial acrobatics, or explore a new aerial tool. Bring leggings, a long-sleeved shirt, and socks!

Poledance for Beginners

Learn basic techniques and tricks on the vertical pole. Even beginners can create beautiful flows, combining spins, sits, and climbs. We'll show you how to blend acrobatics with dance.
