As a self-taught chef, he has achieved great success: the Gourmet Inn Dresch has been awarded a Gault Millau toque for several consecutive years.

In the kitchen, Karl Anker is joined by his daughter Victoria, who, like her sister Lisa, graduated from a hotel management school. The third sister, Isabella, pursued a different path after completing hotel management school. As a media designer, she ensures the charming public image of the Gourmet Inn Dresch.
