Tour description

Nestled in a pristine mountain landscape, this adventurous tour from Niederndorf to the Wildbichl Wildlife Park on Niederndorferberg offers magnificent views of the Inntal Valley.

Starting from the center of Niederndorf, this tour ascends steadily through the excursion inn Behamried, then continues to Pittlham via Niederndorferberg/Praschberg, and finally descends to the Wildbichl Wildlife Park on the Bavarian-Tyrolean border. A visit to the wildlife park with its native animal species is worthwhile not only for children. Surrounded by a natural mountain landscape and offering magnificent views of the Inntal Valley, one can enjoy this asphalted, low-traffic route. The return route to Niederndorf briefly follows the federal road and then ascends steeply to Eiberg and Pittlham via Noppenberg. To avoid a section of the federal highway, however, you'll have to tackle a few meters of elevation gain on the way back.
