Particularly popular with our gusts are the "Kaspressknödel" (flat fried cheese dumplings), various daily specials and the "Kaiserschmarrn" (shredded pancake). For generations we have been making them from the same traditional handed-down recipes. The large lounge has space for approx. 60 guests.
