For 10 years now, Gaumenwerk has offered three freshly cooked dishes daily. Each lunch comes with a daily changing soup and a mixed salad. All meat products come from the in-house organic butcher Juffinger in Thiersee. The consistently organic philosophy and state-of-the-art production technology provide a complete organic range of the highest Tyrolean quality. Juffinger's products are not only 100 percent organic but truly life-sustaining food. What makes Juffinger products special is that slaughtering, processing, refining, and packaging all take place under one roof. There are no long transport routes to worry about, as all animals come from the region, mostly from small organic farms that are also strictly certified and controlled. Juffinger’s Gaumenwerk is now the last butcher shop in all of Kufstein.
