Wine tasting with Weingut Gruber Röschitz - Kufstein

The Gruber Röschitz organic winery in the northern Weinviertel is run by Maria, Ewald and Christian in the 3rd generation. Main focus: Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Noir, St. Laurent. Primary rock soils and the special climate with hot days and cool nights characterize the wines. Organically farmed since 2013. The winery, which opened in 2024, relies on natural cooling and a PV system for energy self-sufficiency. Goal: sustainable, nationally and internationally acclaimed wines and preservation of Weinviertel culture. A journey through the stories of the wines, accompanied by a small snack.
