Ruhe, wir drehen!
Comedy by Gérald Sibleyras & Patrick Haudecoeur,
German by Dieter Hallerforden
Director: Elisabeth Mader
A film crew has rented a theatre to shoot a scene. Everyone on the film set is a bit crazy. Actor Philipp imagines he has a charisma that nobody else notices.
Especially not the foreign make-up artist he is courting. Dolores is in a relationship with the film director Gigi. Director Frederik has left his family to elope with the electrically charged Lola, but this sizzling starlet wants to play the leading role in assistant director Oliver's new film and drives Frederik to despair.
Producer André is threatened by mafia gamblers because he can't pay his debts. His rich wife Vivien, star of the film set, lets him down, especially as she has already invested her money in this production in which she is to die for adultery. When Oliver realises that Philipp's revolver has been loaded with live ammunition by André, the chaos is perfect. T
he handwriting of Dieter Hallervorden, who translated the comedy from French into German, is clearly recognisable here. Programme and tickets
