The powdery snow is falling down. Every breath is visible in the form of a small steam cloud. The sun slowly disappears behind the peaks of the Tyrolean mountains in Kufsteinerland and submerses the natural landscapes of Tyrol in a surreal light. From the foothills of the Zahmen Kaiser, it’s a full-on gallop back. Riding on the horses of Tyrol. A ride out on the horses of the Ebbs Stud Farm, the world Haflinger centre.

Decades of dedication to horses

The Ebbs Stud Farm has been a renowned centre for riding and driving since the end of the 50s. The experienced trainers at the Ebbs Stud Farm world Haflinger centre help to train the horses in riding and driving as well as being on hand to support the riders and drivers all year round. Two modern riding halls. One outdoor riding arena. Rides out into the natural landscapes of Tyrol around the Haflinger village. At the foot of the Zahmen Kaiser. Through meadows and forests. The riding lesson will be individually adapted to the knowledge of the riders. The youngest riders and vaulters are only 4 years old and our oldest regular rider in the association is almost 85!

From the lunge to riding classes

Lunging lessons for beginners. Group or individual lessons. Dressage and jumping. Guided riding for children. Intensive group lessons take place from Tuesday to Saturday. 20 lessons based on horses. Practical and theoretical knowledge in groups. Every participant is given a horse to look after to gain insight into daily work with a horse. The riding lessons are suitable for children aged 10 and over. As the largest riding association in Tyrol’s State Association for Riding and Driving, the Ebbs Stud Farm offers exams for the riding pass (Reiterpass), certification pin (Reiternadel) and licences.
