Ebbs Stud Farm - the world Haflinger centre - carriage driving

Our and about on Haflingers

The Haflinger horses trot along the edge of the forest, light on their feet. The Kaisergebirge looks close enough to touch. The cows in the meadow briefly rear their heads as the horse-drawn carriage passes by. An idyllic landscape. This peaceful journey through the picturesque natural landscapes of Tyrol in Kufsteinerland is the perfect place to relax. The two Haflingers are imposing against the green backdrop. Just two of the 100+ world-famous horses at the Ebbs Stud Farm, the world Haflinger centre.

The centre of the Haflinger world

Haflingers originated in Tyrol and are often described as Tyrol’s living cultural asset. Riding out on the animals is a very special experience and creates a link between the culture and nature of Tyrol. In addition to its horse-drawn carriage rides, Ebbs Stud Farm also offers riding lessons, demonstrates the versatility of the animals during various events and offers insight into the world of these Tyrolean horses. Mares with foals, colts and stallions can all be seen in the paddocks of the world’s oldest Haflinger stud farm.
