Decelerating 'forest bathing in the high forest' - Hinterthiersee

The Modal forest on the edge of the mountain village of Hinterthiersee offers the perfect location for our project. Tall firs and majestic spruces stand close together here and literally invite us to „forest bathing“, a conscious stay in nature. It has been proven that the mere sight of a tree can stimulate our self-healing powers. We use the effect of terpenes (scents released by conifers) to reduce stress and strengthen our immune system. Light forest qigong exercises accompany us on this path.

Costs:
With the KufsteinerlandCard you participate in the programs free of charge (except fees for transfers, meals and admissions).
You will receive the KufsteinerlandCard at your vacation accommodation.
For guests without the KufsteinerlandCard, an additional € 10,- per person will be charged in addition to the mentioned costs.
