The work of the century "The Ring of the Nibelung" is at the center of this year's festival. If the 16-hour opera tetralogy is perhaps too long for you and you - young or old - still want to immerse yourself in Wagner's musical world, you will get your money's worth at the family concert. "Wagner light", in other words.

How can you tell stories with music? What does a dragon, a sword, cell division, envy, a curse sound like? Wagner mastered the technique of leitmotifs as musically recognizable mini-stories. In our family concert, all generations can playfully experience the fascinating world of the "Ring". The festival orchestra takes to the stage in the original Ring formation and guarantees goosebump-inducing moments.
