Fruit & vegetables can be challenging for children to eat on a daily basis. Cooking can help transform picky eaters into taste-adventurers ! With the additional mission, to feed our hungry gut microbes with dietary fibers, even eating broccoli can become fun. In our parent-kid cooking workshops we transform healthy ingredients into a delicious meal. Each Parent-Kid duo prepares (a part of) a course and in the end we taste the 3-course meal together.
